RECIPE -- MICROGREEN SUPERFOOD SALAD:

 

YOU WILL NEED:

Salad:

  • 3 Cups (or more) of any your favorite Seed2Source Microgreens
  • Cubed Beets (1 medium-sized Beet Bulb)
  • Cubed Avocado (1)
  • Hemp or Sunflower Seeds (1 tablespoon)
  • Shredded Carrots (1/2 Cup)

 

Salad Dressing: 

  • Braggs Amino Acids (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Organic Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (2 diced or mushed Cloves)

Directions:

Simply whisk / mix all Salad Dressing ingredients together and toss with Seed2Source Microgreens. Done in less than 5 minutes! Add additional lean proteins if desired.
